@pianomanmaestro I purchased the Christmas streetcar from Trainworld.
They had a nice sale on them some years back, the sound system is not so great.
The streetcar was made in China and it sounds like it…..

@pianomanmaestro true its amazing you really cant find American made trains every one of them made in China its amazing they charge 200+bucks for these locomotives which are all plastic and they are probably being made for $1.00 a piece! I love trains but i dont want to spend the money on Chinese crap!

now to wonder, how do you move around your house?
November 27, 2010 at 4:10 am
Question for you Pinvider; That looks like a Piko saddle tank loco in the beginning of the video and you show what looks to be a Bachmann bobber caboose on the end of the Christmas LGB train, did you revamp those with sound systems yourself or did you find them that way? I’m doing an outdoor display this season myself and I’m looking for pointers.

Great work, LGB are by far the best (in my opinion) to get G gauge locos from. Am i right in thinking that the mogul was most expensive? i liked the stainz and 2-4-0 as well though…
