Description: This Ives wide gauge set is most likely from 1926 or 1927. A handsome tan colored 3236 electric outline locomotive leads the set of matching passenger cars that include the 170 Buffet, 171 Parlor, and 172 Observation cars. Although the box was extremely dirty, the trains remained quite clean. Other than light bulbs and oil, no work was needed to make this old set run.
